Mom had an affinity for the American Indian. I remember our home had a framed print of Chief Joseph with this quote: “Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired. My heart is sick and sad. From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever.”

my mom loved to watch the food channel especially diners, drive ins and dives. She loved hummingbirds and the big live oak trees in Texas. She loved to read her weekly newspaper advertisements and play on her computer games. I will miss her so much
